To cope with life’s complexities, “We Care” gives all employees and their loved ones the means to take care of their health and look to the future with optimism. ✅ Our existing Healthy You program, already including many services such as physical check-ups for employees over 40, digital check-ups for all and financial coverage for cancer– is enhanced today with dedicated initiatives for menstrual health, menopause, and andropause. ✅ Additional leave and flexible working arrangements to support employees for fertility treatment (IVF) and in cases of pregnancy loss. ✅ Since 2017 we offer parental leave and we are now doubling co-parent leave on the birth or adoption of a child to a minimum of 8 weeks.
